The use of the intranet by all the operators in our factories allows an optimal reactivity and an increased effectiveness of the monitoring and correction device set up within the framework of the food safety management system. The system put in place allows all authorized personnel to access the documents of the food safety management system (Quality policy, HACCP and GBP study, procedures, documents,) using document management software.

Our in-house laboratory reflects the unceasing and unlimited commitment of our management to follow the latest production trends, equipped with analysis equipment that allows us to obtain results in the shortest possible time. Products are released only after the results of the laboratory analysis

With the latest generation of equipment (HPLC, NIR INFRALYSEUR, Atomic Absorption, ICP…), the laboratory carries out a wide range of physical, chemical and toxicological analyses covering raw materials, intermediate products and finished products.
Among the analyses performed: analysis of soybean oil and other fats.
We also ensure: a follow-up of the stability of the physic-chemical quality of the food in the breeding centers of our customers.
The diversity and quality of the laboratory’s equipment, the high number of controls performed, the qualification and competence of the laboratory staff ensure a high reliability of the results and an advanced traceability. The laboratory has a Sample Library, where the samples of all the commercialized batches are appropriately preserved and identified, during the guarantee period of the product.
Our laboratory is part of the international network “BIPEA” (Bureau Inter Professionnel d’Etudes Analytiques).
The organization managing this network is made up of more than 2500 members from 110 countries. Our membership in this organization allows us to join the international standards in terms of laboratory analysis in animal feed.
